means a 40% chance it won't rain. If it rains anywhere within the viewing area of the weatherman, is he/she still correct with the forecast?
If they say 50% cahnce, does that simply mean "It might, or it might not"
I have learned, don't plan my life around weather forecasts. Simply go for it, have fun and adjust to the weather around you.
