Anyway, what are the places that stay open late in West? For the first time in 3 years we're staying there in May. Of course, the days won't be quite as long in May as they are by mid- to late-June. And believe me, I completely recognize that it's a problem throughout the Yellowstone area, unless you like to eat bar food, and generally ,I don't. And I don't consider PB&J sandwiches made in a hotel room to be cooking, LOL!!
