I would stay a few days at Madison visit all the geyser basins and Mammoth, then move over to Canyon for a few days where you can visit the falls and spend time on Washburn and Hayden Valley for wildlife watching. If you need full hook-ups then Fishing Bridge is the place to be. It is the only campground in the park that has full hook-ups. Slough Creek and Toweer are non reservable, but great little campgrounds for heading out to Lamar Valley, not sure how big your RV will be but Tower is very limited on RV size due to it being such a small campground. Bridge Bay is not my favorite because there are no trees and everyone is crowded in there like sardines. Grant village is quite a ways away from all major attractions and I have never camped there because of that. Hope you find this helpful.
