The Rainbow Ranch on 191 is apx 45 minutes from West Yellowstone. It is a very old, charming, recently redecorated inn. It has a resturant that has been featured in many travel and gourmet magazines. A very cozy bar and a wine list that is unequaled anywhere in the area. The rooms are small (very small) for the price, but make up for it with wood burning firesplaces, the river for a front yard, and cowboy furnisings.The hot tub is brand new and features a fire place next to it, also with a view of the river. They will tell you they don't offer room service, but the staff is happy to bring breakfast to your room. If you decide to give it a try don't go there on the weekends as they are usually booked for weddings. It is just a bit south of the turn off for Big Sky.
