Check out the Mt. bike shop in Cooke City. (They also have some
killer expresso) The proprietor can recommend some excellent rides
just outside the park. I recommend either the road to the New World
Mine Site or the Sunshine Basin area. I'll be riding there in early
Sept. Great scenery and wildlife. Beware of Griz - a fellow I know was
knocked off his bike this week by a bear in Northern Montana. Luckily, he
wasn't seriously injured, as the bear booked as soon as it found
that it hadn't tackled an elk! griztrax.com
